PRIVACY AGREEMENT

  1. Representation of Good Faith. We represent that we approach those who read this site with or in a sincere desire to share humor, witticisms, or even snark, intending no harm, interference or disruption to anyone who may happen to read the content found on this site. The authors shall hereafter be referred to as "the group". In consideration of being permitted read the content authored by the group, we agree as follows.
  2. Protection of Privacy. We recognize that the content may or may not be controversial, and that any activities that may or may not be conducted in pursuance of it are also, and we will respect the privacy of the beneficiaries, including, but not limited, to the following: (a) we will not divulge the identity (real or fake) or ISP (again, real or fake) of anyone as a reader of the group to anyone else without their permission (given as a signed and notarized oath); (b) we will not discuss or disclose any information found within the content of the group with anyone, as such activity could very well waste his/her time.
  3. Arbitration. In the event of a dispute under this agreement, it shall be enforced by binding arbitration. The arbitration shall take place in La-la Land, under the law established by Po, and under the International Rules of the Imaginary Arbitration Association, unless the parties agree on different rules. Which will never happen, otherwise, why waste good money getting someone to draft said "Privacy Agreement?"
  4. Rights among beneficiaries. The group is an indispensable party to any proceeding to redress a violation of this agreement. Because the interests of the group are invariably involved in any such violation, and because the group assists in the bringing of such proceedings, the group shall be entitled to 25% of the monetary award of any other beneficiary in any such proceedings. So please don't violate this agreement, because then we can't all just be friends. Litigation is not fun.
  5. Duration and limitations. This agreement shall continue in force and apply to all interactions and communications between beneficiaries. The period of limitations for any violation of this agreement, including representations and warranties, shall not commence as to a beneficiary until that beneficiary receives actual knowledge of the violation, and shall not be less that four score and seven years wherever an action under this agreement is brought. I further agree not to hold anyone responsible for accident or incident upon myself while reading the content made available by the group, such as, but not limited to, laughing so hard I almost peed myself.
